Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Due to the nature of regulatory and filing services provided (LLC, EIN, USDOT, MC Number, and related filings), DOT AUTHORITY PERMITS INC maintains a strict refund and cancellation policy. Once an order is submitted and work has begun, we may not be able to issue a full or partial refund. Our services involve time-sensitive filings with federal and state agencies, many of which are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once processing has begun:

  • LLC Formation Services (including filing fees with Secretary of State)

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number) Applications

  • USDOT and MC Number Registration

  • BOC-3 Filing

  • UCR Registration

  • Operating Authority Packages

  • State-specific registrations or permits

Any fees paid to government agencies (e.g., FMCSA, IRS, Secretary of State) are non-refundable, whether or not your application is approved, rejected, or delayed.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that:

  • Work has not already started on your file

  • No application has been submitted on your behalf

If your request is approved, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee of $25 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is greater).

4. Processing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error or duplicated:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction

  • Provide proof of the duplicate or error

If verified, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Delays or Rejections by Agencies

DOT AUTHORITY PERMITS INC is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Government backlogs or system errors

  • Agency-specific compliance issues

In such cases, no refund will be issued unless the delay or rejection was a direct result of an error on our part.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of service

  • Legal action for contract breach or fraud

We strongly encourage clients to reach out to us first to resolve any concerns.
